Irina is a Master Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) and Aesthetic Trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Sinai Phillips School of Nursing in New York City. She has spent over 12 years in the medical aesthetics field, providing treatments throughout New York.
Her favorite specialty is profile and full-facial balancing using JUVÉDERM® products. Rather than treating one area in isolation, she looks at the whole face to create natural contour, symmetry, and harmony. Every treatment plan is built around your unique anatomy and goals.
Irina has completed numerous advanced training sessions across the U.S. and in Europe, including training under Dr. Teodor Lyseiko. She is deeply committed to ongoing education and adopting new techniques so her patients always receive the most current, evidence-based care.
Beyond treating patients, Irina is also an Aesthetic Trainer. She trains new aesthetic injectors learning the basics as well as novice injectors looking to refine advanced techniques. Her ability to teach precision and safety to the next generation of injectors speaks to the depth of her own expertise.

Every face is different. Before recommending anything, Irina studies your unique bone structure, proportions, and skin quality. She looks at your whole face to create harmony and balance, not just one area in isolation.

Irina's approach is conservative by design. She recommends based on what your anatomy is currently presenting, not a one-size-fits-all formula. Under-treating is a disservice to the patient, and over-treating is too. The goal is always the right amount for the right result. A complimentary two-week follow-up is available to every patient to ensure the treatment has settled properly and to identify if any additional product is needed or discuss other treatments and best practices to protect your investment.

You'll never feel rushed or confused. Irina walks you through every option, explains what to expect, and answers every question before anything happens. Informed patients get better results. This same commitment to education extends to her work as an Aesthetic Trainer, where she mentors new and novice injectors on safe, precise technique.
